INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Happy Way Cookies & Cream Protein Powder (Whey or Vegan)
- 350-400ml milk of choice

1 tsp Xanthan gum
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients to a Ninja Creami Deluxe tub and mix until combined with a hand blender. Freeze overnight.
- Place the tub under hot water for 1-2 minutes and then spin on the ice-cream setting.
- Add 1-2 Tbsp of milk to the centre and respin the ice-cream again.
