INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/4 cut steel cut oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 heaped tbsp thick Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup (or just enough to cover it all) of liquid (I use a mix of macadamia milk & water)
  • 1 scoop of Happy Way Choc Peanut Butter Protein Powder

METHOD 

  1. Mix all together in a jar and place in the fridge overnight. NOTE: Try to leave it for around 10 hours as it takes longer for the steel cut oats to absorb the liquid compared to rolled oats.
  2. Top it with crunchy almond butter, strawberries & kiwi berries! Enjoy!
