OVERNIGHT STEEL CUT OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cut steel cut oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 heaped tbsp thick Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup (or just enough to cover it all) of liquid (I use a mix of macadamia milk & water)
- 1 scoop of Happy Way Choc Peanut Butter Protein Powder
METHOD
- Mix all together in a jar and place in the fridge overnight. NOTE: Try to leave it for around 10 hours as it takes longer for the steel cut oats to absorb the liquid compared to rolled oats.
- Top it with crunchy almond butter, strawberries & kiwi berries! Enjoy!
