FLAVOURLESS PROTEIN PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE PANCAKE BATTER:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Flavourless Whey Protein Powder
- 60 ml milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- Butter or oil for the pan
FOR THE TOPPINGS:
- Blueberries
- Sliced banana
- Maple syrup
METHOD
- Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
- In a frying pan, melt butter or add oil.
- Add the pancake batter to the pan and cook on low until little bubbles show on top of the pancake, then flip.
- Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
