INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup Passionfruit Whey Protein Water

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • Fruit for topping (we used passionfruit pulp and strawberries)

 

METHOD

  1. In a jar or small bowl mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  3. Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
