INGREDIENTS
- 10–12 Medjool dates, pitted and smashed flat
- 1 cup Vanilla protein Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Happy Way vanilla whey protein powder
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
- A splash of almond milk
- 100g dark or milk chocolate, melted
- Crushed peanuts
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, protein, maple syrup, and milk until smooth and spreadable.
- Spoon the mixture onto each flattened date.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle it with crushed peanuts.
- Pop into the fridge or freezer to set.
- Enjoy immediately or store for a quick, satisfying treat later.
