PEANUT BUTTER CARAMEL DATES

INGREDIENTS 

  • 10–12 Medjool dates, pitted and smashed flat⁠
  • 1 cup Vanilla protein Peanut Butter⁠
  • ¼ cup Happy Way vanilla whey protein powder⁠
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup⁠
  • A splash of almond milk⁠
  • 100g dark or milk chocolate, melted⁠
  • Crushed peanuts⁠

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, protein, maple syrup, and milk until smooth and spreadable.⁠
  2. Spoon the mixture onto each flattened date.⁠
  3. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle it with crushed peanuts.⁠
  4. Pop into the fridge or freezer to set.⁠
  5. Enjoy immediately or store for a quick, satisfying treat later.
