PEANUT BUTTER FRUIT & NUT PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops Happy Way peanut butter protein powder⁠
  • 1 cup fruit muesli⁠
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats⁠
  • 1/2 cup mixed sultanas & cranberries⁠
  • Sprinkle cinnamon⁠
  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter⁠
  • 1/2 tbsp honey⁠
  • Dash of milk (helps bind mixture together)⁠

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl to create a sticky but firm mixture. ⁠
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls.⁠
  3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm and enjoy!
