INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops Happy Way peanut butter protein powder
- 1 cup fruit muesli
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup mixed sultanas & cranberries
- Sprinkle cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- Dash of milk (helps bind mixture together)
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl to create a sticky but firm mixture.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm and enjoy!
