• Sesame seeds or Everything bagel seasoning ⁠
  • 1 egg whisked ⁠

  1. Combine the greek yoghurt, protein and flour and mix. ⁠
  2. Move your dough to a lightly floured bench top and knead well until a dough ball forms.⁠
  3. Cut your dough into 4 parts. Roll each piece into a ball and push a hole through the middle. ⁠
  4. Brush your bagels with some egg wash and add your toppings of choice. ⁠
  5. Bake in the oven or airfryer at 185 degrees for 10 minutes (you can adjust the time depending how well you’d like them cooked)
