- 1 cup light Greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup Happy Way Flavourless protein powder
- 1 cup self raising flour + extra for kneading
- Sesame seeds or Everything bagel seasoning
- 1 egg whisked
METHOD
- Combine the greek yoghurt, protein and flour and mix.
- Move your dough to a lightly floured bench top and knead well until a dough ball forms.
- Cut your dough into 4 parts. Roll each piece into a ball and push a hole through the middle.
- Brush your bagels with some egg wash and add your toppings of choice.
- Bake in the oven or airfryer at 185 degrees for 10 minutes (you can adjust the time depending how well you’d like them cooked)
