PROTEIN BROWNIE X BLONDIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 & 1/2 cups of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of Flavourless Protein Powder
- 1 cup of oat flour (I blended oats)
- 1/2 cup of classic monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 & 1/2 heaped tbsp cacao powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of plant milk (I used macadamia)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- white choc chips (as many as you want - I use Noshu sugar free)
METHOD
- Line a square brownie tin with baking paper and pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients together (except cacao powder).
- In a seperate bowl, mix all of the wet ingredients together (except choc chips) until smooth.
- Add both mixtures together and mix until combined.
- Add half the mixture to the bottom of the prepared baking tin. Spread out with back of a spoon or spatula.
- Then add the cacao powder to the remaining mixture and mix.
- Spread this mixture onto the blondie layer then top with choc chips.
- Bake in the oven until cooked through ~ 20 minutes, however depends on your oven.
- Cut into squares and enjoy warm with a coffee or tea!
