PROTEIN CHIA PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice
- Toppings of choice: fresh berries, nut butter and/or honey
METHOD
- In a cup, combine milk, chia seeds, protein and sweetener.
- Stir until well combined and pour into a cup before refrigerating overnight.
- In the morning, serve with toppings of choice and enjoy!
