PROTEIN FILLED S'MORES BARS

METHOD:
- 100g oat flour
- 100g almond flour
- 55g crushed graham biscuits
- 100g @happywayau vanilla whey protein powder
- 100ml coconut oil
- 60ml sugar free maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tsp sea salt
INGREDIENTS TOPPING:
- 150g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Marshmallows
- Crush graham biscuits
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 175C or 350F
- Line a medium baking dish with baking paper
- In a medium bowl mix together all of the base ingredients. Until dough forms a ball.
- Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a small microwave bowl, melt together dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave on high for 30 second increments stirring until chocolate is melted completely.
- Pour chocolate over cooled graham base until chocolate evenly covers the top.
- Top with marshmallows and crushed graham pieces.
- Place in the refrigerator and allow the bars to completely set up.
- Once bars are set up, remove from pan and cut into squares.
- Keep bars covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
