INGREDIENTS BASE:
  • 100g oat flour
  • 100g almond flour
  • 55g crushed graham biscuits
  • 100g @happywayau vanilla whey protein powder
  • 100ml coconut oil
  • 60ml sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp sea salt

INGREDIENTS TOPPING:
  • 150g dark chocolate 
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Marshmallows
  • Crush graham biscuits 

METHOD:
  1. Preheat oven to 175C or 350F 
  2. Line a medium baking dish with baking paper
  3. In a medium bowl mix together all of the base ingredients. Until dough forms a ball. 
  4. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In a small microwave bowl, melt together dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave on high for 30 second increments stirring until chocolate is melted completely. 
  6. Pour chocolate over cooled graham base until chocolate evenly covers the top. 
  7. Top with marshmallows and crushed graham pieces.
  8. Place in the refrigerator and allow the bars to completely set up.
  9. Once bars are set up, remove from pan and cut into squares.
  10. Keep bars covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
