Protein Trifle

INGREDIENTS:⁣

1 packet strawberry jelly⁣
2 cups greek yoghurt⁣
1 scoop Happy Way berry protein powder⁣
1 cup granola⁣
1/5 cups mixed berries of choice⁣
1 tbsp shredded coconut - for decoration⁣

METHOD:

Make jelly according to packet details and divide evenly amongst 5 cups filling to 1/3 full. Allow to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until set. ⁣

In a bowl, mix together the yoghurt and protein powder until smooth. Assemble the trifle by layering the berries, yoghurt, granola on top of jelly. Garnish with berries and coconut. Enjoy! ⁣
