Protein Trifle
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet strawberry jelly
2 cups greek yoghurt
1 scoop Happy Way berry protein powder
1 cup granola
1/5 cups mixed berries of choice
1 tbsp shredded coconut - for decoration
METHOD:
Make jelly according to packet details and divide evenly amongst 5 cups filling to 1/3 full. Allow to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until set.
In a bowl, mix together the yoghurt and protein powder until smooth. Assemble the trifle by layering the berries, yoghurt, granola on top of jelly. Garnish with berries and coconut. Enjoy!
