RASPBERRY PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

INGREDIENTS

 

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork. Add the chia seeds and maple syrup and mix until combined.⁠
  2. Line a muffin tray with patty pans.⁠
  3. Add melted peanut butter as the bottom layer, then top with the raspberry chia mixture.
  4. Melt chocolate and hot chocolate powder together.
  5. Top each cup with a layer of melted chocolate and freeze overnight.⁠
