INGREDIENTS
- 1 punnet of raspberries
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ cup peanut butter
- Dark chocolate melts
- Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Happy Way Collagen Hot Choccy Powder
METHOD
- In a bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork. Add the chia seeds and maple syrup and mix until combined.
- Line a muffin tray with patty pans.
- Add melted peanut butter as the bottom layer, then top with the raspberry chia mixture.
- Melt chocolate and hot chocolate powder together.
- Top each cup with a layer of melted chocolate and freeze overnight.
