INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup raspberries + 1 tsp maple
- Milk of choice
- 1 tbsp Happy Way white choc raspberry protein
- 1-2 tsp Happy Way matcha powder
METHOD
- Mash raspberries and maple syrup together until a jam-like mixture forms.
- Whisk matcha with a splash of hot water until smooth.
- Blend together milk and protein until combined.
- Layer the raspberry mixture, matcha, and protein milk in a glass, then mix together to enjoy!
