RAW BROWNIE PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cups walnuts⁠
  • 2 cups pitted dates (soaked in boiled water for 15 mins or until softened)⁠
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut⁠
  • 3 scoops Happy Way Vegan Double Choc Chip Protein Powder
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder⁠
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract⁠
  • Melted dark chocolate, for drizzling (optional)⁠

METHOD

  1. Once dates have softened, keep 3 tbsp of the soaking water and discard the rest.⁠
  2. Add all ingredients, including dates and the soaking water, to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed to blend.⁠
  3. Roll into balls and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.⁠
  4. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set and enjoy!
