INGREDIENTS

  • 2 x Weet-bix
  • 1-2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (add more if you prefer your base a little more soggy)⁠
  • 1 scoop Happy Way Peanut Butter Whey Protein Powder
  • 100g Greek Yoghurt
  • A drizzle of peanut butter
  • Mini Reeses Cups
  • Crushed nuts (optional)

METHOD

  1. Crush 2 Weet-bix.⁠
  2. Add milk and maple syrup. Mix together and pat down to create a base.⁠
  3. Top with sliced bananas and set aside.⁠
  4. Add protein to yoghurt and mix until well combined.⁠
  5. Pour yoghurt mixture on top of banana layer, drizzle peanut butter and add mini peanut butter cups on top.⁠
  6. Allow to set overnight or for a minimum of 15 minutes and enjoy!
