INGREDIENTS
- 2 x Weet-bix
- 1-2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (add more if you prefer your base a little more soggy)
- 1 scoop Happy Way Peanut Butter Whey Protein Powder
- 100g Greek Yoghurt
- A drizzle of peanut butter
- Mini Reeses Cups
- Crushed nuts (optional)
METHOD
- Crush 2 Weet-bix.
- Add milk and maple syrup. Mix together and pat down to create a base.
- Top with sliced bananas and set aside.
- Add protein to yoghurt and mix until well combined.
- Pour yoghurt mixture on top of banana layer, drizzle peanut butter and add mini peanut butter cups on top.
- Allow to set overnight or for a minimum of 15 minutes and enjoy!
