INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 40g Salted Caramel Vegan protein powder

  • ¼ cup nut butter of choice (we used peanut butter)

  • ¼ cup Biscoff spread

  • ⅓ cup maple syrup (or honey if you're not vegan)

  • ½ cup Noshu white choc chips or substitute for nuts or dairy free chocolate if vegan

  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and stir until well combined. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  2. Scoop the cold mixture and roll into balls. Keep cold until serving.

  3. Enjoy!
