INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 40g Happy Way Salted Caramel Vegan Protein Powder
- ¼ cup nut butter of choice (we used peanut butter)
- ¼ cup Biscoff spread
- ⅓ cup maple syrup (or honey if you're not vegan)
- ½ cup Noshu white choc chips or substitute for nuts or dairy free chocolate if vegan
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
METHOD
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and stir until well combined. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Scoop the cold mixture and roll into balls. Keep cold until serving.
