
SALTED CARAMEL BISCOFF PROTEIN BALLS
INGREDIENTS

1 cup rolled oats

40g Salted Caramel Vegan protein powder

¼ cup nut butter of choice (we used peanut butter)

¼ cup Biscoff spread

⅓ cup maple syrup (or honey if you're not vegan)

½ cup Noshu white choc chips or substitute for nuts or dairy free chocolate if vegan

2 tablespoons flax seeds

2 tablespoons chia seeds
METHOD

In a bowl, add all the ingredients and stir until well combined. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Scoop the cold mixture and roll into balls. Keep cold until serving.
