Makes 1 mug

  1. Soak cashew nuts in water for 20 minutes prior. Drain water once soaked
  2. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  3. Transfer to a small saucepan over low-medium heat and warm. Alternatively you can pour over ice and drink it cold. Enjoy!
