INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup puffed quinoa
  • 3/4 cup seasoned roasted nori strips
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup Happy Way Flavourless Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp warm milk 
  • Furikake

METHOD

  1. Mix dry ingredients together and then bind with wet ingredients. 
  2. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and top with furikake.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for when you need a light snack. 
  4. Enjoy!
