
SAVOURY PROTEIN BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup puffed quinoa
- 3/4 cup seasoned roasted nori strips
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup Happy Way Flavourless Whey Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 2-3 tbsp warm milk
- Furikake
METHOD
- Mix dry ingredients together and then bind with wet ingredients.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and top with furikake.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for when you need a light snack.
- Enjoy!
