SIMPLE PROTEIN WAFFLE

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cups self-raising flour or pancake/waffle mix⁠
  • 1 tsp baking powder⁠
  • 1 cup cottage cheese⁠
  • 2 scoops Happy Way vanilla whey protein powder⁠
  • 2 tbsp Malt Extract⁠
  • 1tsp vanilla bean paste⁠
  • 2 eggs⁠
  • ½ cup milk
  • Pinch of sea salt 

METHOD

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.⁠
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and thick.⁠
  3. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden and crisp.⁠
  4. Serve with yoghurt, berries, or a drizzle of malt syrup. 😋⁠

 

Recipe make 8 - 10 waffles⁠
