INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups self-raising flour or pancake/waffle mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 scoops Happy Way vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 tbsp Malt Extract
- 1tsp vanilla bean paste
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- Pinch of sea salt
METHOD
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and thick.
- Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden and crisp.
- Serve with yoghurt, berries, or a drizzle of malt syrup. 😋
