Sour Berry & Lychee Protein Sorbet

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 60g Sour Berry Protein Water
  • 285g Canned lychees and syrup 
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries

METHOD

  1. In a creami container add coconut water and protein water powder and mix with a whisk until fully combined.
  2. Add lychees, lemon juice and raspberries. Note: You can add as many raspberries as you can fit before you go over the fill line.
  3. Freeze for a minimum of 12 hours.
  4. In your Nina Creami, use the sorbet function to spin.
  5. Enjoy!
