
Sour Berry & Lychee Protein Sorbet
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 60g Sour Berry Protein Water
- 285g Canned lychees and syrup
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
METHOD

In a creami container add coconut water and protein water powder and mix with a whisk until fully combined.

Add lychees, lemon juice and raspberries. Note: You can add as many raspberries as you can fit before you go over the fill line.

Freeze for a minimum of 12 hours.
- In your Nina Creami, use the sorbet function to spin.
- Enjoy!
