STRAWBERRY MATCHA PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 250–300g almond meal
  • 60g Happy Way Matcha Latte Whey Protein⁠
  • 80g Queen Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 40g unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 50g white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)
  • Crushed freeze-dried strawberries (for topping)⁠

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add more maple syrup; if it’s too wet, add a little more almond meal.⁠
  2. Scoop into 30g portions and roll into balls.⁠
  3. Chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes to set.⁠
  4. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
