INGREDIENTS
- 250–300g almond meal
- 60g Happy Way Matcha Latte Whey Protein
- 80g Queen Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- 40g unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 50g white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)
- Crushed freeze-dried strawberries (for topping)
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add more maple syrup; if it’s too wet, add a little more almond meal.
- Scoop into 30g portions and roll into balls.
- Chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes to set.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
