INGREDIENTS
- 250g strawberries, chopped
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop Happy Way Berry Protein Powder
- 180g white chocolate
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp Happy Way Matcha Powder
METHOD
- In a bowl, stir together the chopped strawberries, yoghurt, and protein powder until combined. Dollop heaped spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking paper–lined tray. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave (20-second bursts), then stir in matcha powder until smooth.
- Dip each frozen cluster into the melted matcha chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place them back on the tray and freeze for another 10-15 minutes. Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
