Strawberry Matcha Protein Yoghurt Bites

INGREDIENTS 

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, stir together the chopped strawberries, yoghurt, and protein powder until combined. Dollop heaped spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking paper–lined tray. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
  2. Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave (20-second bursts), then stir in matcha powder until smooth.
  3. Dip each frozen cluster into the melted matcha chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place them back on the tray and freeze for another 10-15 minutes. Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
