INGREDIENTS
For the base:
- 2 Cups Almond Meal
- 1/2 Cup Happy Way Strawberry Protein Powder
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 1/2 Cup Freeze dried Strawberries, crushed
For the top:
- 1 block White Choc, melted
- 1 heaped Tbsp Pistachio spread, melted
- Top with crushed Freeze dried strawberries
METHOD
- In a bowl, combine all the base ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined rectangular tray and press down firmly so it’s nice and compact.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave and spread evenly over the base
- Optional: Swirl on some melted pistachio spread and top with crushed pistachios and freeze-dried strawberries.
