THE CREAMIEST OATS
The secret to THE creamiest oats is whey protein! You can definitely make this with a plant protein but it just won’t be the same consistency.

- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup liquid of choice (I do half milk/ half water)
- 1 scoop Happy Way Whey protein powder of choice
- Toppings of your choice
METHOD
- Add oats, chia seeds and liquid to a small saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until most of the liquid is absorbed (approx 5 mins) you can add a little extra liquid if you feel it needs it.
- Remove from heat and stir through protein powder
- Top with your fave nut butter and fruit
- ENJOY!
