TIRAMISU BAKED OATS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cups rolled oats 
  • 60g Happy Way Tiramisu Protein Powder (Whey or Vegan) 
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1½ cups your choice of milk
  • 1 tsp instant coffee (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • Your choice of yoghurt
  • Cacao powder

METHOD 

  1. In a large bowl, mix together your dry ingredients. 
  2. Add all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a prepared square baking tray.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Top with yoghurt and a dusting of cacao powder.
  6. Portion into 4–5 serves and store in airtight containers in the fridge.
