INGREDIENTS

¾ cup almonds
- 1 cup quick oats
- ¾ cup Happy Way Deja Brew Coffee Whey Protein Powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 150g cream cheese
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
- Cocoa powder, to dust
METHOD
- Add the almonds to a blender and blend into a coarse crumb.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, to the blender and blend until well combined. Then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Roll into 8 even balls. Dust generously with cocoa powder
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before enjoying.
