TIRAMISU PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup almonds⁠
  • 1 cup quick oats⁠
  • ¾ cup Happy Way Deja Brew Coffee Whey Protein Powder⁠
  • 2 tsp maple syrup⁠
  • 150g cream cheese⁠
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips ⁠
  • Cocoa powder, to dust⁠

METHOD

  1. Add the almonds to a blender and blend into a coarse crumb.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, to the blender and blend until well combined. Then stir in the chocolate chips.⁠
  3. Roll into 8 even balls. Dust generously with cocoa powder
  4. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before enjoying.
