INGREDIENTS
- 350g beef mince
- 1 scoop Happy Way Flavourless Protein
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/3 cup diced capsicum
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- Salt + pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- 8 large round tortillas
- Wooden skewers
METHOD
- In a bowl, combine the meat with olive oil, protein powder, spices, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the tortillas into squares, trimming off the edges.
- Layer the tortillas with a thin spread of the spiced meat between each layer.
- Gently press the stack, slice into 1.5-inch strips, and thread vertically onto skewers.
- Grill for 6–7 minutes per side, until the meat is cooked through and the tortillas are crisp.
- Enjoy hot with your favourite sauces!
