
TROPICAL COLLAGEN YOGHURT BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 200g yoghurt
- 1 serve of Happy Way’s Tropical Collagen powder
- 1/2 mango, sliced
- ¼ dragonfruit
- 1 passionfruit, halved
- 1/4 cup granola of choice
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tsp chia seeds
METHOD
1. In a serving bowl, mix the yoghurt and collagen powder until smooth.
2. Arrange the mango, dragonfruit and passionfruit on top of the yoghurt. Sprinkle over the granola clusters, coconut flakes and chia seeds, then serve.
