
TROPICAL CRUSH 'MAGNUMS'
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen mango
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt of choice
- 60g Tropical Crush Whey Protein Water
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons coconut water
TOPPING
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
METHOD
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into ice block trays and place in the freezer overnight.
- Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe dish, and cook to melt in 15-30 second increments. You don't want it too hot!
- Remove the ice blocks from their moulds and place on a tray with baking paper (so they don't stick).
- Pour the melted chocolate over the ice blocks, you can do front and back.
- Place back in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Enjoy!
