INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 60g Tropical Crush Whey Protein Water
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut water 

TOPPING

  • 1 cup dark chocolate 
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

METHOD 

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into ice block trays and place in the freezer overnight. 
  3. Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe dish, and cook to melt in 15-30 second increments. You don't want it too hot! 
  4. Remove the ice blocks from their moulds and place on a tray with baking paper (so they don't stick).
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the ice blocks, you can do front and back. 
  6. Place back in the freezer for 2 hours. 
  7. Enjoy!
