Turmeric Smoothie Recipe with a Protein Hit

A 6 ingredient breakfast or snack option that takes seconds to make and is as delicious as it is pretty – sign us up! This bright yellow, protein-packed turmeric smoothie is made with our from Happy Way. Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant-rich, no doubt you’ll be hooked on its distinctly warm and spicy flavour.

1 scoop VANILLA ICE ICE BABY protein powder
1 frozen banana
1 cup (230ml) milk (or dairy-free alternative, such as coconut milk)
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp raw honey
sprinkle black pepper

To make one serving of this delicious turmeric smoothie, place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on a high setting for about 30 seconds, until combined well, and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour into glass or Mason jar. Sprinkle some chia seeds and cinnamon on top (optional) and serve immediately. Enjoy!
