
TWO MINUTE MICROWAVE PANCAKE
The perfect easy breakfast for when you’re craving pancakes but don’t have time to make a whole batch. It’s ultra soft, fluffy and requires only 3 simple ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup pancake mix
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 strawberries, chopped
METHOD
- Lightly grease a small microwaveable dish. Add in all ingredients and stir till combined
- Slice strawberries into thin circles. Then spread over pancake mixture
- Microwave pancake for 2mins
- Add your fave toppings and enjoy!
