INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup yoghurt of choice
- 1 scoop Happy Way White Choc Raspberry Protein
- 1/4 cup raspberries, mashed
- Sliced strawberries
- Dark chocolate, melted
METHOD
- Mix yoghurt, protein and raspberries together until combined.
- Spread the mixture onto baking paper in a heart shape.
- Top with sliced strawberries.
- Melt 50g dark choc and drizzle on top.
- Freeze, then smash into chunks and enjoy!
