INGREDIENTS
- 90g rolled oats
- 30g almond meal
- 30g Happy Way Vanilla Protein Powder
- Pinch of salt
- 125g almond butter
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1-2 tbsp milk of choice
- 50 g white chocolate, melted (optional)
METHOD
- In a bowl, combine the oats, almond meal, protein powder, and salt.
- Add the almond butter, maple syrup, and 1 tbsp milk. Use your hands to mix until a thick dough forms. If the mixture feels dry, add the remaining milk, 1 tbsp at a time.
- Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a lined tray.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the balls.

Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
STORAGE
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
