INGREDIENTS 

  • 90g rolled oats
  • 30g almond meal
  • 30g Happy Way Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 125g almond butter
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1-2 tbsp milk of choice
  • 50 g white chocolate, melted (optional)

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats, almond meal, protein powder, and salt.
  2. Add the almond butter, maple syrup, and 1 tbsp milk. Use your hands to mix until a thick dough forms. If the mixture feels dry, add the remaining milk, 1 tbsp at a time.
  3. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a lined tray.
  4. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the balls.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to firm up.

STORAGE

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
