METHOD

  1. Add the eggs, milk, cinnamon and ½ scoop of protein powder into a bowl and whisk together well.
  2. Soak the bread into the mixture, coating on both sides.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and fry the bread until golden and crispy.
  4. In a bowl, mix the remaining 1/2 scoop of protein powder with the yoghurt and stir until combined.
  5. Serve the toast and spoon over some of the yoghurt mixture, adding strawberries, blueberries and maple syrup.
