VANILLA PROTEIN PANCAKES
FOR THE PANCAKES:
- 45 g Happy Way Like A Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp self raising flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- Water, enough to get that perfect pancake consistency
FOR THE TOPPING:
- Maple syrup
- Any toppings you choose!
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Using a ladle or jug, pour the batter into a lightly greased pan and cook on medium heat.
- Flip the pancake when it starts to bubble or is golden brown.
- Stack on plate and enjoy with your favourite toppings!
