VANILLA PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS 

FOR THE PANCAKES:

FOR THE TOPPING:

  • Berries
  • Maple syrup
  • Any toppings you choose!

METHOD

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth. 
  2. Using a ladle or jug, pour the batter into a lightly greased pan and cook on medium heat.
  3. Flip the pancake when it starts to bubble or is golden brown. 
  4. Stack on plate and enjoy with your favourite toppings!
