VANILLA YOGHURT & BLUEBERRY BARK
FOR THE BARK:
- 1 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- Sprinkle cinnamon
- Dash maple syrup
FOR THE TOPPING:
- Choc chips
- Any other toppings your heart desires!
- Mix all the ingredients for the bark together in a bowl.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the mixture onto the tray, evenly spreading with a spatula.
- Add the toppings over the bark.
- Put in the freezer for 30 minutes or until solid.
- Break apart into small chunks and keep in an airtight container in the freezer to snack on throughout the week!
