INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 1/2 cup plain flour 
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Vanilla protein powder 
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4tsp ginger
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 1/3 cup overripe mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1tsp vanilla


METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a loaf pan with parchment paper
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Then stir in all wet ingredients
  3. Add in dry ingredients and stir till combined
  4. Transfer batter to lined loaf pan
  5. Bake 45-55mins or until toothpick comes out clean
  6. Let cool in pan 15mins, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Top with melted coconut butter, slice and enjoy!
