INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 slices of soft bread
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Your choice of fruit
- 1 tbsp Happy Way Vanilla Protein Powder
METHOD
- In a small bowl, add all the ingredients (excluding the bread). Whisk together to form a liquid custard.
- Using your fingers or the back of a spoon, press into the centre of the bread to create a well.
- Spoon the custard mixture into the indented centre and add your toppings on top.
- Bake in the air fryer at 180°C for 4–5 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with maple syrup.
