INGREDIENTS 

  • 30g plain flour 
  • 20g Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or flavour of choice) 
  • 1 egg 
  • 50g Chobani Light Greek Yoghurt 
  • 45ml skim milk
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

METHOD 

  1. Heat your waffle iron to a medium heat and lightly spray with olive oil. 
  2. Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl until smooth 
  3. Pour on to your waffle iron, making sure not to overfill. 
  4. Cook for 4-6 minutes or until golden. 
  5. Top with your choice of toppings.
