WAFFLE BASE
INGREDIENTS
- 30g plain flour
- 20g Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or flavour of choice)
- 1 egg
- 50g Chobani Light Greek Yoghurt
- 45ml skim milk
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
- Heat your waffle iron to a medium heat and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl until smooth
- Pour on to your waffle iron, making sure not to overfill.
- Cook for 4-6 minutes or until golden.
- Top with your choice of toppings.
