WHAT'S POPPIN' PROTEIN BALLS
INGREDIENTS
- 15 dates
- 1 cup oats
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ½ cup Happy Way Caramel Popcorn Vegan Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- Pinch Himalayan pink salt
METHOD
- Blend the dates and oats together in a food processor until well combined.
- Add in the other ingredients and blend well together.
- Roll the mixture into balls and refrigerate for 1-2 hours and ENJOY!
