INGREDIENTS
For the base:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 200ml milk of choice
- 1 scoop Happy Way White Choc Caramel Protein

20g plain or vanilla yoghurt
For the yoghurt layer:
- 140g plain or vanilla yoghurt
- 1 scoop
Happy Way White Choc Caramel Protein
For the toppings:
- 2 tsp Biscoff Spread
- 10g white chocolate chips
- Biscoff biscuits, crushed
METHOD
- Mix all the base ingredients in a bowl until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours to thicken.
- Stir together the yoghurt layer and spread it evenly over the oats.
- Melt the Biscoff spread and white chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Pour it over the yoghurt layer.
- Sprinkle over crushed Biscoff biscuits.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes until the topping is set and enjoy!
