WHITE CHOC CARAMEL OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

For the base: ⁠

For the yoghurt layer:⁠

For the toppings:⁠

  • 2 tsp Biscoff Spread⁠
  • 10g white chocolate chips ⁠
  • Biscoff biscuits, crushed ⁠

METHOD

  1. Mix all the base ingredients in a bowl until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours to thicken.⁠
  2. Stir together the yoghurt layer and spread it evenly over the oats.⁠
  3. Melt the Biscoff spread and white chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Pour it over the yoghurt layer.⁠
  4. Sprinkle over crushed Biscoff biscuits.⁠
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes until the topping is set and enjoy!
