WHITE CHOC RASPBERRY MUG CAKE

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS 

  • 4 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp Happy Way White Choc Raspberry Protein Powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • pinch of salt
  • Toppings of choice (we used Noshu Sugar Free White Choc Chips)

METHOD

  1. In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, whisk together the flour, White Choc Raspberry protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the milk and oil, to the mug. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. If using, sprinkle your toppings of choice on top of the batter.
  4. Place the mug into the air fryer basket and cook for  8-10 minutes on 160 degrees.
  5. Remove the mug from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
