
WHITE CHOC RASPBERRY MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp Happy Way White Choc Raspberry Protein Powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk of choice
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- pinch of salt
- Toppings of choice (we used Noshu Sugar Free White Choc Chips)
METHOD
- In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, whisk together the flour, White Choc Raspberry protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk and oil, to the mug. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- If using, sprinkle your toppings of choice on top of the batter.
- Place the mug into the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes on 160 degrees.
- Remove the mug from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
