2. How do I sign up?

   Signing up to our Rewards Club is super easy! You'll firstly need to create a Happy Way account. Then, follow the prompts to complete your account.

   Next, share your unique URL with your friends. They will need to shop using this link! Your friend receives a $10 coupon, and you get a $10 coupon too, once they've placed an order of $100 or more!

3. How do I earn my points?

   There are many great ways to earn Happy Way points.

   1. Gain 50 Happy Way points by attaching a profile picture to your review.
   2. Eager to boost your earnings? Attach a video to your review to receive 200 Happy Way Points!
   3. By placing an order online, you'll receive 3 Happy Way points for every $1 spent.
   4. Earning points is as easy as one click away: share on Twitter to receive 50 Happy Way points.
   5. Or, Follow us on Instagram to gain 50 Happy Way points.
   6. Also, you can Share or Like us on Facebook to receive 50 Happy Way points.
   7. Each birthday, you receive 500 Happy Way points, so make sure you include your birthday in your account!
   8. You automatically receive 200 Happy Way points when signing up to a Happy Way account. YAY!

   Make sure you're logged in to your account when placing orders, adding reviews, sharing on social media, etc.

4. How long do I have to use my points?

   If your Happy Way account is inactive for six months, your points will expire after this time. The same applies for customers who have not spent or earned Happy Way points for a consecutive term of six months. We will let you know one month (30 days) before your points expire as a reminder, so you don't miss out!

5. How do I refer my friends and family to Happy Way's Rewards Club?

   Once you have created your Happy Way account, you can refer your friends and family to our Rewards Club by sharing your unique URL with them. They will need to make their purchase via this URL. Your friends and family receive their $10 coupon to spend on orders $100 or more. Once they've made their purchase, you receive your $10 coupon to spend on orders $100 or more too!

6. Can I refund my Happy Way points?

   Once you've used your Happy Way points, they can't be refunded.
