FOR THE BERRY LAYER: 

METHOD 

  1. In a food processor or high-speed blender mix together the base layer ingredients to form a fudge-like biscuit consistency. Place in a lined baking tray as the first layer of the slice. 
  2. In a medium bowl, mash your raspberries and then add the coconut, protein, coconut oil and maple syrup. Place this mixture on top of the base layer. 
  3. Melt your dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds-1 minute and pour on top of the two layers. Place the slice into the fridge to set for 2 hours and enjoy!
