METHOD

  1. Defrost the frozen raspberries and mash, then add the coconut, protein and acai powder.
  2. Press the mixture down into a lined baking dish or individual small muffin tins.
  3. Top with melted chocolate.
  4. Set in fridge and then slice into bars—enjoy!
