BERRY RIPE BARS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen rasberries
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way I Love You Berry Much Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Happy Way Organic Acai Berry Powder (optional for added goodness)
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate
METHOD
- Defrost the frozen raspberries and mash, then add the coconut, protein and acai powder.
- Press the mixture down into a lined baking dish or individual small muffin tins.
- Top with melted chocolate.
- Set in fridge and then slice into bars—enjoy!
