BLUEBERRY MUFFIN WEET-BIX BAKE

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, combine the Weet-Bix, chia seeds, protein, milk, cinnamon and 1/4 cup of the blueberries.
  2. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and cook in the air-fryer on 180°C for 10 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, top with remaining blueberries and nut butter and dig in!
