CARAMEL & ALMOND PROTEIN BARS
These Caramel and Almond Protein Bars are the perfect office snack to cure those pesky afternoon cravings! Try it for yourself with the best protein powder:Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Protein Powder.
- 80 g almond flour
- 1 tbsp Happy Way Smooth Operator Salted Caramel Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- White chocolate chips
- 50 g white chocolate
- 1 crumbled cookie
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (almond flour, protein powder and baking powder) and in another bowl, beat the egg and add the yogurt and condensed milk, stirring well.
- Add the dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients and mix together well.
- Add the white chocolate chips to finish and bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes at 180°C.
- Melt the white chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave and drizzle it on top of the cooked bars along with the crumbled cookie—enjoy!
