METHOD

  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (almond flour, protein powder and baking powder) and in another bowl, beat the egg and add the yogurt and condensed milk, stirring well.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients and mix together well.
  • Add the white chocolate chips to finish and bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes at 180°C.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave and drizzle it on top of the cooked bars along with the crumbled cookie—enjoy!
