CHOC BISCUIT MUG CAKE
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup self-raising flour
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Happy Way Organic Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil (or coconut oil)
- 2 tbsp almond milk or milk of choice
METHOD
- Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well until it's smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a mug and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Remove and enjoy!
