CHOC CARAMEL OAT BARS
- 1/2 cup runny peanut butter (I used a roasted peanut butter 🤤)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 x 2T scoops Choc Caramel Whey Protein Powder
- 2 cups rolled oats
- In a bowl, stir peanut butter and maple syrup together until smooth.
- Add protein then mix, followed by the oats and mix until combined.
- Press into a lined container and cover.
- Place in the fridge until set (I left it overnight).
- Slice into bars (I made 8).
