COFFEE PROTEIN BAR - 5 INGREDIENTS!
INGREDIENTS
- 40g Happy Way Vegan Coffee Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 2 tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 15g choc chips + extra to drizzle on top
METHOD
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients besides the choc chips. Mix until its combined, it will become a dough consistency.
- Add in the chocolate chips by kneading.
- Shape in to a bar.
- Melt remaining chocolate and drizzle on top.
- Place in the fridge or freezer for about 15 minutes so it firms. Less time if you'd like it soft.
- Enjoy!
You can multiply the recipe to make more and store in the fridge for 5 days.
