INGREDIENTS 

  • 40g Happy Way Vegan Coffee Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or nut butter of choice) 
  • 2 tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice) 
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 15g choc chips + extra to drizzle on top 

METHOD

  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients besides the choc chips. Mix until its combined, it will become a dough consistency.
  2. Add in the chocolate chips by kneading. 
  3. Shape in to a bar. 
  4. Melt remaining chocolate and drizzle on top.
  5. Place in the fridge or freezer for about 15 minutes so it firms. Less time if you'd like it soft. 
  6. Enjoy! 

You can multiply the recipe to make more and store in the fridge for 5 days.
